Сoстоит из одной изoлиpoванной спальни, комнаты-студио, санузла, просторной террасы. Спальных мест - 6.

Для приготовления еды есть газовая плита и различная необходимая посуда, холодильник. Есть спутниковое жк тv, wi-fi., утюг, гладильная доска, фен, сушилка.

Рядом с домом установлен индивидуальный мангал, коптильня, казан, шампура, решетка для барбекю
