Advantages:

Хорошее расположение, рядом с центром города, в квартире чисто, парковка под окнами. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Хозяйка оперативно заселила и выселила.

Disadvantages:

Не критично, но было бы здорово поменять сковородки, добавить рожок для обуви и пару крючков в ванную
