Электрический чайник, холодильник с морозильной камерой телевизор спутниковое тв большой камин. Огромные дека вокруг дома, балкон, лоджия. Беседка с мангалом, кострищем и столами. Огромная детская площадка для детей разного возраста. 3и метра спуск к реке. На берегу мостик для рыбалки и отдыха под крышей. Отличное место для рыбалки вытекает ручей, на реке обратное течение, где стоит рыба. Вокруг смешанный лес грибы и ягоды рядом с домом. Есть маленькая и большая баня
