2х этажный дом студио 40м2, рядом с рекой волга. Прихожая. Зал с обеденным столом. Огромными кроватями 2х2 метра с ортопедическим матрасом 21см толщиной. Диван 1. 2х2метра. Новое постельное бельё и полотенца.
Туалет с душем и умывальником. Кухня с электро плитой, вся посуда для еды и готовки на 4 человека. Электрический чайник, холодильник с морозильной камерой телевизор. Печь голландка с прозрачной топочной дверкой.
Родниковая лечебная вода из под крана. Беседка с обеденным столом. Мангал. Огромная детская площадка для детей разного возраста, батут.
Сразу спуск к реке 25 метров. На берегу мостик для рыбалки под крышей. Отличное место для рыбалки вытекает ручей, на реке обратное течение, где стоит рыба. Вокруг сосновый бор и смешанный лес. Грибы и ягоды рядом с домом. Есть большая и маленькая баня. Нет транспортного движения.
