Огромная детская площадка для детей разного возраста. 8мь метров спуск к реке. На берегу мостик для рыбалки под крышей. Отличное место для рыбалки вытекает ручей, на реке обратное течение, где стоит рыба. Вокруг смешанный лес грибы и ягоды рядом с домом. Есть маленькая и большая баня
