Advantages:

Расположение хорошее. Большой дом для большой семьи или компании. Огромный стол. Вся нужная техника есть. И газ и электричество. Тепло, батареи. Топчик - во дворе качели, горка и большой батут. Очень удобно с детьми. Мангал есть. Для любителей - можно заказать затопить баню.

Disadvantages:

Все отлично, только замените/наточите ножи)
