Advantages:

Дом совсем новый, 2021 года постройки. Находится в пгт, поэтому инфраструктура имеется в пешей доступности. Сам участок является крайним и с трёх сторон окружён хвойным лесом (даже карельский пейзаж немного напомнило). Тишина, пение птиц и все необходимые удобства, а что ещё нужно? Дом чистый, уютный. Панорамные окна буквально вылизаны дочиста, ничто не помешает любованию пейзажем. Камин рабочий, чистый, так что можно с наслаждением растянуться в удобных креслах с чашечкой чая и наслаждаться потрескиванием дров в камине. В общем, все супер, хозяину большое спасибо за его труд!
