Каминный зал, кухня- столовая, 6 спален, 2 туалетные комнаты, открытая веранда, банный комплекс(баня на дровах) - укомплектованы красивой мебелью и современной техникой. Коттедж расположен на большом ухоженном участке с удобной парковкой до 5 машин. Настоящим украшением служит личный пруд с разведённой рыбой. А рядом в шаговой доступности сосновый бор и берег Волги. При организации праздников детали оговариваются заранее. Цены зависят от количества гостей и срока аренды. Домом, баней и территорией могут пользоваться исключительно заявленные и пр. оплаченные на время аренды гости.
