Дату заезда и выезда можно двигать по договоренности.

Advantages:

Отличный вид на реку, есть выход к воде, мангальная зона, вся техника в рабочем состоянии, посуды достаточно. В целом поездкой довольны, хорошо отдохнули и провели время на природе. Маленькие недостатки не помешали.

Disadvantages:

Мебель старая, ящики плохо открываются, не хватает маленького света (светильники/настольная лампа), есть только 4 большие яркие люстры.

Advantages:

Отличная ухоженная территория и домик, у нашего дома (из контейнера который) была веранда под навесом со столом, местом для приготовления пищи и своим мангалом. В самом доме есть все необходимое для жилья и даже больше (много посуды, вся техника для готовки, предыдущие жильцы оставили чай, специи и все остальное). Полотенца выдают. С собой точно берите гель для душа и шампунь.
