Деревянный рубленный из сосны двухэтажный дом на берегу реки Нерль. На первом этаже кухня, зал, спальня, санузел с большой душевой кабиной. На втором этаже три спальни, в каждой одна двуспальная кровать. Оборудован собственной скважиной. В доме расположена сауна, пользование которой включено в стоимость проживания.

На участке устроена летняя кухня с камином и зоной барбекю. Ухоженная территория на 15 сотках с яблоневым садом, цветниками.

До реки 20 метров, песчаный вход в воду. Также удобное место для рыбалки. В округе располагаются несколько охотохозяйств. Рядом сосновый бор, богатый на грибы и различную ягоду. Прекрасный чистый воздух вдали от мегаполиса и производства.

В деревне есть магазины, аптека, действующий храм, кафе, рынок. В клубе в праздничные дни проводятся народные гуляния и интересные концерты. Приятного вам отдыха. Ждём в гости!
