Advantages:

Красивая природа - недалеко лес с грибами и черникой, Волга с рыбалкой и хорошим пологим входом. Хорошая баня. В доме практически все есть, если нет , то хозяин всегда на связи ,поможет. Учитывать , что за городом могут быть проблемы со связью и отключение света, но это за это хозяин не отвечает. Спальные места комфортные.Мангал и шампуры, решётки в наличии.
