В доме два этажа: на первом этаже — гостевая комната с двумя раскладными диванами, кухня, оснащенная всем необходимым, и санузел с душевой кабиной и стиральной машиной; дом расположен в тихом месте, рядом река (50 м), магазины, аптека, остановка общественного транспорта. На территории дома есть беседка и мангальная зона. Молодым людям (компаниям) дом не сдаем! Огромная просьба после подтверждения брони созвониться со мной и обсудить все вопросы!

Advantages:

Просторный дом, чисто, аккуратно. Есть всё необходимое. Лёгко уместить 5 человек и больше.

Disadvantages:

До центра, если путешествовать не на машине, немного далёковато. Вода пахнет железом, не знаю, характёрно ли это для всего города или только для дома. Нет гаража для машины (можно оставить только на улице рядом с домом).
