Advantages:

Просторная квартира, много спальных мест. Парковка во дворе есть, все нужные магазины рядом. Бесконтактное заселение, хозяйка постоянно на связи

Disadvantages:

На кухне холодновато, так как она объединена с балконом и батарея на кухне не работала. У телевизора на кухне отсутствовал кабель антенны, возможно, стащил кто-то из жильцов, может вообще никогда не было
