Advantages:

Новый дом, свежий ремонт, приятный интерьер. Низкая цена (сказывается удалённость от центра)

Disadvantages:

Нет питьевой воды, есть стиральная машина, но нет средств для стирки. Маленькая кровать(140) для двоих всё таки нужно минимум 160. Студия номер 3 переделана из кухни, возможно поэтому ощущался запах еды, не сильный, только когда заходишь, потом привыкаешь и не чуствуется. Больше всего удивило (я бы даже сказала - возмутило), что за собой нужно помыть посуду и вынести мусор. С таким впервые сталкиваюсь. Сделала, но осадочек остался.
